I found physical yoga in 2008. Dynamic ashtanga-vinyasa suited me the most. Throughout the years, what once was a hobby, became a dedicated spiritual practice.
During the years 2015-2020 I practiced and studied yoga in Mysore, India. I also completed a yoga teacher training (YTT 500).
Since 2021 I have been studying traditional yoga philosophy and bhakti yoga with my teacher Janne Kontala.
My personal daily practice includes kriyas, asanas, chanting, studying yoga philosophy, and mantra meditation (japa).
I have been teaching yoga since early 2016.
